Our story really begins as the tale of four brothers who set out on a cross-country mission to find the best burger and help eliminate the epidemic of burger FADS. As third generation restaurateurs, they were on a quest to develop a new way to enjoy a food group they love while helping hungry people everywhere. They traveled from Chicago to New York, Denver to Phoenix, Los Angeles to Detroit. In each city and town they jotted down what they liked about the burger joints they visited, and tossed out what they didn’t. The result is a simple, pure way to enjoy a type of food that is so good they named the restaurant after it!
